There’s a lot happening at Nether Alderley Mill…

Nether Alderley Mill is currently closed to the public, but that’s because we’re working hard to make essential repairs to its roof, timber structure and mill mechanism.

We’ll be documenting the progress of the work here, as well as keeping you up-to-date on any other Nether Alderley Mill news…

    Im a traditional millwright of 25 years experience and having seen some pictures of the re-gearing of your stonenut I would be interested to know how it runs with your spur wheel.

      Hi Steven! Unfortunately, I don’t have the technical expertise to answer your question, but I’ve passed it on to our millwrights to see if they can give you an answer…
